A feminism that doesn’t want to scare men is a feminism that will never challenge patriarchy. Men have nothing to fear unless they are invested in upholding patriarchy and the various oppressions it subjects onto women. If the idea that we must end such systemic oppression frightens men, let them be frightened!
If patriarchy is going to cast us as monsters we need to be like the Hydra. Any attempt to injure us only makes us stronger 💪
Yes 💯👏 I despair at how insipid and apologetic modern feminism has become. Time to stand up straight and grow a backbone. At a time when too many women are censoring themselves and playing by patriarchal rules it's a relief to see someone unafraid to raise her voice. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you right now.
